Net Promotor Score (NPS)
Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a survey-based metric that asks customers to rate their likelihood of recommending a company's products or services to others on a scale of 0 to 10. Scores are then classified into promoters (9-10), passives (7-8), and detractors (0-6), with the NPS calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters.
